If you’ve experienced problems with your ProImage software please note that Microsoft made an update on April 8, 2014 to Microsoft XP that caused incompatibility issues with a large number of existing software, including ProImage. For a reliable long-term solution, we invite our ProImage customers to upgrade to ViewAll™ 3.2 Software at a discounted price. ViewAll™ 3.2 dramatically improves image quality, DICOM functionality, is more robust, easier to navigate and easier to use. ViewAll™ 3.2 works on Windows 7, 8 and newer.
Please be aware that if you are running ProImage on Windows XP, Microsoft has announced that it has ended support for Windows XP. ProImage software is incompatible with Windows 8 or newer. We highly recommend upgrading to ViewAll™ 3.2 software.
