How the site was tested
- Automated checks with axe-core against every WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA rule, on every page, at computer and phone widths.
- Keyboard checks: every link, button and form field can be reached and used without a mouse, a skip link jumps past the menu, and the focused item always shows a visible outline.
- Small screens and zoom: pages fit a 320 pixel wide screen without scrolling sideways.
- Forms: every field has a label, errors are announced and explained, and a confirmation is announced when a form is sent.
- Colour contrast, headings, page titles, image descriptions and page language.
Every update to the site is re-checked before it goes live, and the whole site is re-tested every quarter.
What this certificate does not cover
- Product manuals and brochures are PDF files supplied by manufacturers. Ask and we will provide the information in another format.
- The live chat window and the spam check on forms are provided by outside services.
- Training videos are hosted on YouTube, which supplies their captions.
