Order changes
Any order change made more than 3 business days after IWV receives a purchase order from a distributor or dealer, or a purchase agreement from a customer, will delay the ship date and incur additional costs determined solely by IWV Digital. Any order cancelled after 3 business days will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.
